Very interesting. Is this a reference to Hodgon’s The Night Land?
By the way, love your story. Thanks for the great job!
Did I just flip over two pages at once?
Uhhh, not sure what it is you’re asking.
My, that is beautifuly bleak. I’m intrigued to see if this is a vision someone is having of things to come.
What *are* those huge hulking things outside the building?!
Long time reader, first time commentator – but how can I *not* comment this time? The eerie lighting, the Great Redoubt, the Watchers – and one of the Watchers even has the beam of light in its eye? It’s The Night Land! I’ve always respected how you cram your story full of subtle references to all sorts of old fiction, both pulp and otherwise, but this is simply amazing. It’s so much like what I pictured while I was actively slogging through that mammoth book. I’m really looking forward to seeing how this meshes up with everything else.
Did you just…?
What you did there. I see it.
And it is glorious.
It’s cool, lovecraf. Only making a joke. Loving every minute of this comic, as always.
